The following applies to courses offered at Siemens in Midrand:

• Courses are priced per participant.
• A maximum of 12 delegates per course, subject to the requirements and limits of the course.
• Course dates are pre-scheduled by SITRAIN.
• Courses are subject to availability.
• All travel, accommodation and meal requirements for the delegates, are for the customer’s account; inclusive of flights and local transport if required.
• SITRAIN will provide a suitable course venue, teas, coffees and lunches for each delegate.
• SITRAIN will provide course notes and stationery for each delegate attending the course.
• SITRAIN will provide training equipment.

Training at Simotech, Middelburg

The following applies to courses offered by Siemens at Simotech in Middelburg:

• Courses are priced per trainer day, for 1 to 6 participants, or for 7 to 12 participants.
• A maximum of 12 delegates per course, subject to the requirements and limits of the course.
• Course dates can be scheduled to suite the customer, subject to trainer availability.
• All travel, accommodation and meal requirements for the delegates, are for the customer’s account; inclusive of flights and local transport if required.
• Simotech will provide a suitable course venue, teas, coffees and lunches for each delegate.
• Simotech, with SITRAIN, will provide course notes and stationery for each delegate attending the course.
• Simotech, with SITRAIN, will provide training equipment.

Training On-Site

The following applies to courses offered by Siemens on-site at the customer’s venue:

• Courses are priced per trainer day, for 1 to 6 participants, or for 7 to 12 participants.
• A maximum of 12 delegates per course, subject to the requirements and limits of the course.
• Course dates can be scheduled to suite the customer, subject to trainer availability.
• Depending on the site location, all travel, accommodation and meal requirements for the trainer and delegates, are for the customer’s account; inclusive of flights and local transport if required.
• The Customer will provide a suitable course venue, teas, coffees and lunches for each delegate.
• The venue cost will be for the customer’s account.
• SITRAIN will provide course notes and stationery for each delegate attending the course.
• SITRAIN will provide training equipment.
• Depending on the site location, freight of training equipment may be for the customer’s account.
• Siemens standard terms and conditions apply to on-site courses.

5. Booking Requirements

The following will be required to comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) requirements and Siemens SITRAIN policies:

• Bookings must be submitted at least one week in advance.
• Company information, required for due diligence.
• Delegate information, required for mandatory vetting.

6. Scheduling

• On-site and in-house training: Scheduled by agreement
• SITRAIN: Fixed course schedules apply

7. Payment

Full course fees are payable prior to course bookings and commencement.
